Train Cabin Game

Explanation 
You are on a circular train with an unknown amount of windowless cabins. Each cabin contains nothing more than a light switch. You are allowed to move freely between each cabin back and forth. Can you without a shadow of a doubt be able to know how many cabins you are in?
